The booked room and the hotel services are at your disposal on the day of arrival from 2.00 pm and on the day of departure until 10.00 am.

Yes, it is possible to pay with Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Amex and with a debit card

If the reservation is made online through our site, the number of your credit card and expiry date are required, only as a guarantee. Sums will not be withdrawn until the time of departure, or in the event of a no-show or early departure without a justified reason. We reserve the right to check the validity of your credit card. In case there are errors, missing or invalid data, we will not consider the reservation valid. All your data is managed by a highly protected server which encrypts the numerical values of the card.

If the reservation is made online from our site, immediately afterwards you will receive an email confirming the booking with a summary of your stay.
If the booking is confirmed by sending a bank transfer or postal order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail only after the deposit has been effectively collected.

The reservation can be canceled without penalty until 2.00 pm on the seventh day prior to the arrival date, upon notification by fax or email. After this deadline, the penalty is equal to the cost of the stay up to a maximum of three nights for the cost of the room only, excluding meals.
The reservation that takes advantage of particular offers and/or promotional rates can be canceled without any penalty up to 30 days from the date of arrival, upon notification by fax or email, unless specifically indicated otherwise in the offer.

In case of no-show, early departure and/or modification/cancellation after 2 pm on the seventh day prior to the arrival date, a penalty equal to the cost of the stay will be applied up to a maximum of three nights for the cost of the room only without the meals not enjoyed. This amount will be charged to the credit card entered in the booking as a guarantee or withheld from the security deposit sent. For special offers, cancellations/modifications are accepted if made at least 30 days before the arrival date.

On the day of arrival, your room will be available at 2.00 pm, and the parking space will be available at 12.00. In case you arrive early in the morning, we will proceed with the registration operations of the guests and we will immediately deliver our pass to access the hotel beach. Better to wait for the delivery of the room comfortably under an umbrella and relax from the stress of the journey, rather than waiting hours in the waiting room. So the holiday really starts immediately and in the right way.

After breakfast, you can free your room between 10 and 11 in the morning. Once the room keys have been handed over, the parking space must also be freed up, while the use of our beach is allowed until 1.00 pm.
